Goole Intermodal Site

Goole Intermodal Terminal comprises 11.8 hectares of land available within the Goole Enterprise Zone area. The land opportunity has rail sidings onto the main rail network and is situated close to the port and M62 motorway using the dedicated heavy haul route along Tom Pudding Way.

The land is currently vacant and in need of remediation, but Invest East Yorkshire are working with landowners and potential developers to unlock the site for future development opportunities.

This site complements the Goole Rail Village concept, and the facilities at RaisE are easily accessible.
